Flight Options, Inc. Names Lucille Fisher Director of Operations Control Center

April 12, 1999 (Cleveland, Ohio) -Darnell H. Martens, President of Flight Options, Inc. announced today that Lucille Fisher has been appointed Director of the Operations Control Center at their Cleveland headquarters.  Flight Options is the first and only national fractional jet ownership program to offer the option of previously owned aircraft at substantial cost savings to corporations and individuals.

As head of the department, Ms. Fisher will be responsible for Owner Services and Dispatch functions.  She has over ten years' experience in aviation, specializing in quality resources consulting.  Most recently she was with NCC Services in Cleveland, and as Flight Coordinator, ran the flight department of the regional bank holding company.  She was previously associated with Cleveland-based Central States Airlines, and served as Director of Technical Support.

Recently, Ms. Fisher served as the chairwoman for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee, and previously held the position of secretary & treasurer in the Cuyahoga Aviation Council from 1995 to1998.

A graduate of Gannon University in Erie, PA, Ms. Fisher holds an associate's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Management.  Additionally, she has earned her master's degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH.
